Exchange Request Procedure:
If you encounter a damaged product or receive an incorrect order, kindly follow these steps to initiate a return and exchange:

Timely Communication: Within 24 hours of receiving your package, please email us at sales@zaniaah.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Video Proof: Along with your email, please provide an unedited unboxing video that demonstrates the condition of the received package and clearly showcases the damage or incorrect product. This video will serve as proof for our Quality Control Team.
Important Note: Failure to adhere to the video proof requirement may lead to the rejection of return requests.
Return Process:
Items Not Qualifying for Exchange:
The following scenarios do not qualify for an exchange:
- Package lost in shipment sent by you.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase).
- Incorrect delivery address and failed delivery attempt by our courier agent, resulting in the package being returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges again.
